I worked as Regional Marketing Manager for TIENS Europe RegionGmbH - Bundesallee, Berlin – Germany. TIENS is a global producer and distributor of food supplements, cosmetics and home care - equipment. These health products are inspired by the 5000-year-old Chinese culture of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). The Tiens Group operates in more than 80 countries around the world and has established its own divisions in 55 countries.
In the years 2018-2019, it achieved double-digit sales growth. Sales growth + 8 % and a significant improvement in profitability by 17 % points in 2020. In 2020, the European region achieved the best performance of all regions in the Tiens Group.

Management of marketing budgets for 20 European markets.
Other duties as a manager:
Weekly meetings with leaders and managers from European countries via ZOOM video calls and mobile applications via WeChat, Skype and Messenger.
Obligation to travel to other countries for events and presentation of new marketing plans, including management training.
Training for Country Managers about new products in English. Arrangement of production including location. Engagement in special short-term projects: competitions, motivation for distributors. Resolution of commercial law issues including staffing changes within the company.
